Why FireFox - you may ask? Well, there are a lot of reasons for that, but most important one is that FireFox really does care about your online privacy. I have no desire to feed MS and Google's Big Data servers with my sensitive information. At last we are talking about protecting our cryptomining farm from "probably yet unknown" security threats, in such a case we should take every possible measure to prevent a malicious actor from stealing our hard mined coins. Once again, it's up to you, I can't insist. But my choice is FireFox. ---- {{anchor:full:}} === Installing via full (off-line) installer === This is a recommended way of installing FireFox on freshly installed Windows computer. Download Firefox before [[:windows:installation|installing]] Windows and put it onto the same [[:windows:bootable_usb|bootable USB]] media. If you are installing Windows don't enable internet connection until you've completed [[:windows:tuning:block_windows_update|Block Windows Update]] step.
