The default-enabled Windows 10 telemetry feature set periodically sends usage and performance data to select Microsoft IP addresses. What is telemetry data? Open notepad.exe 1. Press WINLOGO + R keys on your keyboard to open the Run dialog. 2. Type or copy/paste (select, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V) the command notepad %windir%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts 3.
