You can disable User Access Control via GUI by following this guide

Prerequisites

  1. Install Rigutils
  2. I highly recommend to complete AntiVirusTest.bat step before executing DisableUAC.bat
  3. Start cmd_rigutils.bat

Instruction

  1. Type DisableUAC.bat (case of letters doesn't matter)
  2. Press Enter

  1. Confirm your action, click Yes button

You have to reboot your PC for the changes to take effect.

  1. Press 1 for automatic reboot or 0 if your want to reboot later.
  2. Press Enter
